THE RULES — 3 LINES, ENFORCED BY MATH
  1. 1. INSCRIBE. Send any amount of XLM to the Vault address below. Set the memo to the URL you want inscribed (e.g. myproject.xyz). One payment = one inscription; amounts add up per URL.
  2. 2. RANK. The board reads the public Horizon ledger and sorts by total XLM paid per URL. Tie → most recent wins. The ranking is recomputed from the chain, not from a database.
  3. 3. DETHRONE. Top spot is held by whoever paid the most. To take it, pay more than the current #1 — one payment, same rules. Every inscription is permanent and auditable by anyone.
